Day Camp

Come and spend those hot summer days with the Worth Park District! Activities are age appropriate and a whole lot of fun!

At the time of registration, parents will receive a Parent Handbook and an Emergency Form. Emergency Form must be returned prior to the start of camp. The Handbook provides information on the procedures and policies of the Worth Park District Day Camp Program.

Summer Day Camp are for children ages 3-12.

Day Camp Hours:	9am-4pm	Session 1:	June 14- July 2
Extended Hours:	7-9am	Session 2:	July 5- July 23
	& 4-6pm	Session 3:	July 26- August 13

Payment Structure (Per Session)

3 Days:	Regular Hours: $219(R) $239(NR)	Extended Hours: $78(R) $98(NR)
4 Days:	Regular Hours: $292(R) $312(NR)	Extended Hours: $104(R) $124(NR)
5 Days:	Regular Hours: $365(R) $385(NR)	Extended Hours: $130(R) $150(NR)

*10% discount if paid in full by June 1st.

K-Kamp

Committed to providing quality care for the working parents, our K-Kamp offers a safe and fun environment for the children. Participants will be transported, by bus, between the Terrace Centre, 11500 S. Beloit,and District 127 schools, O.L.O.R. or WPD Tot Lot preschool. Program components include, but are not limited to, quiet/nap time, large motor skill activities, arts and crafts and free play. AM and PM snacks are provided, however lunch is not included. Registration starts May 3.

Preschoolers-Kindergarten
Registration Fee:	$50 non-refundable per child
Dates:	Starts August 16
Days:	M-F (minimum of 2 days per week scheduled)
Time:	AM - 7am-12pm PM - 11:30am-6pm
Fee:	$20 for am or pm per day *Extended camp available for an additional $5 per day with AM or PM.
Payments and schedules are due by the Wednesday prior for the upcoming week. No refunds or credits for sick days or no shows.

R.A.S (Recreation After School)

Committed to providing quality care for working parents, our RAS offers a safe and fun environment for children. Participants will be transported, by bus, between the Terrace Centre, 11500 S. Beloit, and District 127 schools and O.L.O.R. Program components include, but are not limited to homework group, large and small group games, arts and crafts and freeplay. PM snacks are provided. Registration starts May 3. Registration is ongoing.

Kindergarten-8th
Registration Fee:	$50 non-refundable per child ($25 if in WPD Tot Lot)
Dates:	Starts August 16
Days:	M-F (minimum of 2 days per week scheduled)
Time:	AM - 7-8:30am PM - 3 - 6pm
Fee:	$6 for AM per day / $12 for PM per day
Payments and schedules are due by the Wednesday prior for the upcoming week. No refunds or credits for sick days or no shows.
A late fee will be applied if parents are late to pick up their children after 6 p.m. ($1 per/min. for both R.A.S. & K-Kamp)

Kids Day Out

Join the Park District's "Kids Day Out" program for a day of entertainment and fun. We will be going on a different field trip every day that the District 127 schools have a day off. The fee includes transportation, party package (which may include tokens, area admission and/or ride coupons) and lunch. Additional money for extra tokens or ride coupons may be brought if desired, but are at the responsibility of the child. Children will be off premise from 9am-4pm.

The 2010 Schedule of trips will be available in August.

Registration Deadline: One week prior to the day off
Age: 5-12
