Program Philosophy
Our developmental all-inclusive program features curriculum that is designed to prepare your child mentally and emotionally for kindergarten, making that transition as comfortable as possible. Children will also participate in programs that will encourage fitness awareness and improve large motor development.
The 2013/14 program begins Tuesday, September 3, 2013 and runs through May 9, 2014 following District 127's school calendar. Open enrollment for Tot Lot begins at the Open House* on May 16.
*We are very excited to announce that the Preschool program will be purchasing a Smart Board for the 2013/14 school year. The Smart Board is the same model school district 127 utilizes as we continue to look for ways to better prepare the children as they move on their education. We hope to have the Smart Board on display at the Open House on May 16th.
Requirements
- Children must be out of diapers and pull-ups
- All proper paperwork must be filled out completely
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of enrollment and will be applied to the last payment
- Children must be the appropriate age as of September 1, 2013*
*Note: Please see below for our new class for children that turn 3 between Sept 1, 2013- Jan 31, 2014

Program exposes the child to a variety of cognitive activities and projects while building fine motor skills. Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

This academically motivated program is structured similar to the 3 & 4 year old preschool classes. Circle time, daily projects, story time, colors, shapes, name recognition, songs and development of social skills and gym class make this program a great prequel to preschool. |
