Come join our new Zumba program this Fall with Sharon Dorsey, a certified Zumba licensed instructor! Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and International music with dance moves. Zumba GOLD

Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Register one week prior.

                                         HIIT with Liz
HIIT stand for "high intensity interval training". During this class we will work through intense bursts of cardio and dumbbell-based strength training then follow with short periods of rest! HIIT is exciting, challenging, motivating and will be sure to torch calories and burn fat! Your metabolism will get a boost and you will continue to burn fat even after the class is over! Register one week prior.

Bodyweight Blast
Bodyweight Blast will focus on, you guessed it, bodyweight exercises! This no-equipment-needed class will include movements focusing on cardiovascular endurance, bodyweight strength endurance and core strength and stabilization. This class is fantastic for functional fitness as well as appropriate for all ages and fitness levels!

Bootcamp
Come build and work your body in Bootcamp! During this enthusiastic class we will build cardiovascular endurance, strength, and fitness by utilizing multiple fitness formats such as HIIT, circuit training, plyometrics and more! Dumbells and
kettlebells and bands will be used for this heart-pounding and fun workout!
