Before & After School Programs

Recreation After School (RAS)

During these unprecedented times, the goal of the Worth Park District RAS Program is to provide a safe and quality environment for participants who need childcare.  We will continue to follow the safety guidelines recommended by the CDC and IDPH. Each child will be required to bring and wear a mask. There will be a $5 fee for the mask we provide if the child doesn't have one.  Since we are currently in Phase 4, we can allow up to 28 kids, with a maximum of 3 groups due to space availability. REGISTRATION IS ON A FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE BASIS.

RAS program components include but are not limited to: quiet/nap time, homework/chromebook time, small group games, arts and crafts, story time and free play. PM snacks are provided. Our staff will do our best to accommodate and help with remote learning. We will assist with login, homework questions, etc. however, our staff are not certified teachers and not responsible for making sure all homework tasks are complete.
