The Worth Park District Board of Commissioners consists of five individuals who are elected by the community to represent the community’s best interest. The charge of the Board is to set policies, that will guide the park district. Board members serve a six-year term and receive no compensation for the time they give. They come from a variety of backgrounds, but share one common trait; a commitment to serving the park and recreation needs of the community. They meet once a month.

 

Park District Board Meetings are held at 6:30 pm 3rd Thursday of each month. The public is invited and are encouraged to attend. Meetings are held at the Christensen Terrace Centre at 115th & Beloit.
